  1. fabulous. What paint do you use? I really cant tell. if its like watercolour or something, how do you do the highlights like on claus's forehead? oh and as im asking all the questions now, how big is the original of this and what do you use to go over the outline again? hope you dont mind me asking.

  2. Thanks for the questions. I do an under painting with acrylic. I use a lot of water at this stage, technically it is a lot like water color. When I'm done with this stage I coat the image with a very thin layer of acrylic matte medium. I then refine the color with oil using a combination of glazes and dry brush technique. The Highlights use the dry brush. The outlines are just black paint with a very thin brush. The originals for this piece is 7.75" X 11". I hope that helps.

  3. I've always wanted to be able to buy your work! I would lovvveee to be able to get a print of the Marvellous Marriage poster, with Olaf's whole troupe.
    On another note, it would be really interesting to see some of the Lemony Snicket cover pictures on their own, as in without the borders and text around them; especially for The Penultimate Peril :D
